How long does it usually take before I receive my order?

Our products are not mass-produced. We have our own manufacturing facility where your items are hand-cut and sewn only when we receive your order. Please allow 6-8 weeks for the creation and delivery.

What is the fiber content of your fabrics?

A majority of our fabrics are 100% cotton. We occasionally use a 50% cotton/50% polyester blend.

I have found a store in my area that carries your products, but they don’t have the group (or accessories) I have chosen.

All groups and accessories are available to our retailers; however some display only a few of our designs - often because of space restrictions. If you find a design or accessory that’s just right for you, but not on display, simply ask them to special order it for you.

What are the washing instructions for your products?

All products are machine wash-cold / tumble dry-low - remove promptly - except for crib bumpers. Due to the CPSC concern referring to pillow-like structures for bumpers, the interior product that we use gives you a firm but cushioned filling. It retains its shape without becoming soft and billowy. Due to these safety concerns, we recommend that bumpers be surfaced-cleaned using a thick foam made with a mild laundry detergent (ie., Ivory). We suggest laying out flat to dry to maintain the firmness and shape of the bumper. They may also be dry cleaned. Whether machine or hand-washing other products, we recommend using only a mild detergent that does not contain borax, bleach or chlorine agents.

Can I still get something from one of your groups that has been discontinued?

There are several reasons that a design may be discontinued; quite often, one of the fabrics is no longer available.We recommend that you contact your local retailer and ask them to check with us on the availability of an accessory item; if we have some of the fabric remaining, we may be able to produce the item you want on a special order.

I would like to cover my son’s toy chest with a coordinating fabric from the LuvStuff nursery group in his room. Is the fabric available by the yard?

I need a replacement part for my LuvStuff mobile. Can I order it from you?
